optic in Carolina Lemke

Purchasing Prescription Glasses in Carolina Lemke Branches throughout Israel

Enter the Carolina Lemke branch closest to you and present an optometrist’s prescription or use the company’s lens data reader service. Customers choosing to use the lens data reader service take full responsibility for the results. They must also provide intact glasses fabricated made on the basis of an up-to-date prescription, with no scratches and/or damage to the lenses’ coating, as such defects may result in an inaccurate reading of data from the lens.

After selecting your desired glasses model, our associates will scan the prescription into our computerized software and provide a price quote. The lenses are supplied and installed by the leading optical laboratories in Israel.

General Information about Lens Index (Thickness)

To create a more aesthetic appearance, we recommend wearing lenses according to different indices as the correction number increases. The price of the lenses will vary accordingly.

Coating Our lenses come with an anti-reflex coating that prevents glare and enhances the lenses’ clarity due to its reflection of light. Its rigid coating reduces scratches and provides UV protection.

Instructions and Recommendations for Use of all Glasses, including Multifocal

Do not place the eyeglass frame on the top of your head, to prevent misalignment or expansion.

Do not leave your glasses in a closed vehicle or in places where the temperature exceeds 45°C, as the glasses and/or lenses and/or coating may be damaged by the heat.

Keep the glasses away from salt water and sand and/or chemicals. Clean your glasses with a little water and a soft cloth only to avoid scratching the lenses and/or damaging the coating.

Please note that the warranty shall not apply to any damage to glasses and/or lenses and/or coating resulting from non-compliance with the above instructions.

Your eyeglasses come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty.

Frame: One year warranty for any manufacturing defect.

Lenses: One year warranty on coatings.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to abrasions and fractures or any defect, including damage to coatings, caused by non-compliance with the instructions set out above. In the event of a defect within the scope of the warranty, the glasses will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the company. In the absence of an identical product in stock, the customer will be given a credit voucher or an equivalent product, according to the customer’s choice.

In cases of misalignments or faulty adjustments, please contact a Caroline Lemke branch or customer service at: info@carolinalemke.com.

Carolina Lemke embraces a policy of providing the consumer with a quality product at a fair price, thus enabling customers to purchase more than one pair of designer glasses.

Our store employees are authorized to sell prescription glasses. They all undergo professional training to give you the best service, but they are not optometrists or opticians and are not qualified to perform eye tests. Therefore, in order to provide you with fashionable frames and assemble high-quality lenses, an optometrist’s prescription is necessary.

The customer has the discretion of choosing to use the company’s service of a lenses data reader as an alternative to providing an optometrist’s prescription. To use this service, for which the customer assumes full responsibility, the customer must provide intact glasses, prepared on the basis of an up-to-date prescription, with no scratches on the lenses and/or damage to the lenses’ coating as such defects may cause an incorrect reading of data from the lenses.

The company shall not be held liable for faulty prescriptions.
